Job Requirements

• Education: Level IV or Diploma or above in Clinical Nursing, Health Sciences or with related field from recognized College or University   

• Experience: 0 year

• Quantity Required: 7

• Age: Below 35 years

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with reduced mobility using wheelchairs and provide support during boarding, arrival, and transit.

• Ensure safe and comfortable movement of passengers within the airport or transport facility.

• Provide friendly customer service and respond to passenger needs and inquiries.

• Assist with passenger check-in, waiting areas, and transfers when required.

• Handle wheelchairs and mobility equipment properly and report any issues.

• Coordinate with airport staff and relevant teams to ensure smooth passenger assistance.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of the airport layout, Customer service skills, and the physical skills to aid wheelchair passengers and Maneuver a wheelchair is advantageous.  

• Good command of English language is required. Arabic and any other language are advantageous.
