Responsibility (not limited to)

• Regularly manage and supervise overall field activities and report to office.

• Plan and implement KAP survey at The project target sites

• implement training to community outreach workers and construction workers.

• Take care of properties of the organization and coordination with other agencies

• Communicate with field partners such as refugees, RCC and field officers of relevant agencies

• Report to immediate supervisor regularly

Minimum Requirements (Academic, work experience and related) and Responsibilities

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or Advance Diploma in a WASH-related field. At least 5 years of work experience in WASH in NGO, UN, and/or other agency, Physically and mentally fit, Fluency in English, Amharic, and the local language is required.

• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email ), Good report writing skill , Good communication skill

• Teamwork , Problem-solving skill, Professional coordinator experience is an asset
