SUMMARY OF POSITION 

The Logistics Warehouse Storekeeper plays a vital role in effective inventory management and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for executing warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), including the dispatching and receiving of goods, maintaining accurate records in both the logistics database and ERP system, and ensuring timely data entry. Additionally, the role involves monitoring feed stock levels to prevent stockouts, maintaining proper stacking and safety practices, and ensuring the warehouse is secure and clean.  

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS 

1. Warehouse Shrink % - Minimize volume of feed that has gone missing, from theft, damage, and clerical error   

2. Data Accuracy– Record clean and accurate data both on logistics database and ERP 

3. Timely Data Entry– Data is recorded a timely manner in logistics database and ERP 

4. Number of Stockouts – Ensure customers have a positive experience by proactively requesting sufficient stock to cover upcoming demand 

Job Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Dispatch & Receiving Execution  

• Follow Warehouse SOPs perfectly, such as dispatching and receiving SOPs, including creating a DO on the system and printing an ERCA invoice for each customer.

• Organize, compile, and send physical documents to head office. 

• Report incidents, issues, or challenges to manager.

 Inventory Management Execution  

• Follow Warehouse SOPs perfectly, such as stacking safety and stock count procedures, including 2 teams of independent counters  

• Monitor feed stock and notify manager of low-stock to prevent stock outage 

• Safely stack feed to support FIFO method and inventory management best practices 

• Make sure the inventory balance of each feed depot is updated consistently and report monthly stock balance and accruals of the feed depot 

 Warehouse Maintenance 

• Follow Warehouse SOPs perfectly, such as warehouse security and maintenance  

• Reporting any infrastructure damages to building, holes in roof, walls, broken windows, etc. to manager 

• Ensure warehouse floor is clean of spills and debris
