Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they approach the juice and salad bar; explain offerings, ingredients, and customization options.

• Take beverage and light food orders if applicable, or assist guests with menu selections and product guidance.

• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked bar area; ensure displays are labeled and up-to-date.

• Upsell effectively and promote new products:

• Recommend signature bowls, smoothies, or juice combos that align with guest preferences.

• Track guest interest and note it for follow-up by management.

• Assist with food preparation and assembly as directed (e.g., assembling salads, smoothies, bowls) following standardized recipes.

• Respond to guest questions, handle concerns, and resolve issues with professionalism
