• Manage and oversee the company’s official social media platforms and content calendar.

• Develop, create, and publish engaging digital content (text, images, and videos).

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Support company brand development initiatives through strategic content planning and digital campaigns.

• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities across online platforms.

•  Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.

• Track social media performance metrics and analyze engagement trends.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance brand positioning.
