Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead staff training and development by assessing needs, planning programs, and monitoring learning outcomes.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.

  • Serve as the hospital’s System Representative and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015.

  • Ensure proper system implementation, documentation, monitoring, and compliance with quality standards.

  • Train and support staff in effective system use and adherence to processes.

  • Monitor system performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management review.

  • Coordinate with departments and vendors to resolve issues and continuously improve hospital processes.

  • Support internal audits and management reviews, ensuring timely corrective actions.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: BA degree in Management and related fields. Graduated from Government University with GPA of >3 and above.

  • Minimum Year of Experience: # 0 years.
