Education: Bachelor's degree in information Technology, Computer Science, or in any related field of study.

Experience: 0-3 years experience

Location: Addis Ababa and Preferably near to Lafto

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner.

• Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, or in person.

• Set up and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

• Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities.

• Train users on basic system and software usage when required.

Skill

• Strong communication skills in both Amharic and English

• Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
