Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or any related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in technical management, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical operations within the cosmetics production process.

• Ensure production equipment, systems, and processes run efficiently and effectively.

• Provide technical guidance and support to production and quality teams.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with R&D for product development and process improvement.

• Prepare technical reports and monitor performance indicators.
