Job Purpose
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the store/warehouse. This role ensures accurate stock records, timely issuance of materials, and compliance with company policies for storage and distribution

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the role
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records daily.
Issue materials to departments based on authorized requisitions.
Organize and label items systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
Monitor stock movement and report shortages or excesses to management.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store/warehouse.
Prepare reports on inventory usage, stock levels, and reorder requirements.
Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation
Skills & Competencies
Supply Chain Management and Logistics
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Knowledge of inventory software (ERP systems preferred).
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and move materials safely.
