Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Food Preparation/ Food and Beverage Service/Hotels Management form a recognized catering institute with a minimum of Three years work experience on similar position at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5 star hotel.
