Senior Surveyor

Salary: Negotiable but attractive

Reports To: Technical Manager

Job Description of Senior Surveyor 

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment and techniques

• Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports

• Supervise and guide junior surveyors and field staff

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers

• Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for project planning

• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with survey plans

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (preferably in senior role)

• Proficiency in surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, GIS software, AutoCAD, etc.)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with local land regulations and standards

• Professional certification/license is an advantage
