Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management or with related field of study

  • Experience: 6 years

  • Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming goods by verifying quantity, type, and quality against the Purchase Order (PO) and issuing a Goods Receiving Note (GRN).

  • Issue items to respective departments based on approved Store Issue Vouchers (SIV).

  • Maintain up-to-date records of every item’s movement on Bin Cards and the Store Ledger.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure physical stock reconciles with documentary records.

  • Notify the Procurement Department when essential items reach "Minimum Stock Levels" to prevent production interruptions.

  • Supervise warehouse safety and cleanliness to protect assets from accidents, theft, and damage.

  • Ensure proper coding, tagging, and organized arrangement of all inventory items.
