  • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Functions

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, retail, publishing, and advertising sectors.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Marketing Functions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote printing services.

  • Coordinate branding, advertising, and promotional activities (both online and offline).

  • Manage social media, website content, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to align marketing with service offerings.

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the key point of contact for major clients.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

  • Track KPIs and suggest improvements for sales and marketing strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
