Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of his/her supervisor, the Senior Procurement Officer prepare the procurement plan, receives need or purchase requisitions (Term Of Reference, Bill of Quantity or Technical Specification) from different work units, select bidding method, Preparing Invitation to Bid and Bidding document, performs procurement process until delivery of the goods, Reporting and Documentation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing procurement plan and achievement;

• Receives need or purchase requisitions from different work units of the company, performs procurements for authorized request;

• Review and comment the TOR, BOQ or Specification, any other inputs for the bid document preparation and communicate the requested units to submit full requirements;

• Invitation to bid and bidding document preparation for the appropriate bidding method;

• Conduct technical and financial evaluations;

• Follow up on the bid validity and security period and request an extension, and claim if not extended, the validity period;

• Performs other related duties as may be assigned;

Job Requirements

BA/MA/MBA in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Management, Management or related fields of studies 

5/3 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
