Job Summary

• Lead the ongoing review, design, and refinement of the performance management cycle (Goal Setting, Quarter Reviews and Year-End Assessments).

• Integrate modern performance practices with the bank’s existing structure.

• Ensure the performance management system is clearly linked to the bank’s strategic priorities, risk framework, and compliance requirements.

• Benchmark best practices in the industry to ensure the bank remains competitive.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training, toolkits, and resources for managers and employees on the performance management process, giving effective feedback.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and gaps.

• Generate high-quality reports on performance measuring outcomes, rating distributions, and key talent metrics.

• Ensure data accuracy and security within the performance management system.

• Serve as a key point of contact and trusted advisor for HR Business Partners and senior line managers on complex performance issues, including underperformance, differentiation, and calibration.

• Facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure fairness, consistency, and objectivity in ratings across departments.

Job Requirement

• Education: BA/MBA/MA Human Resources Management,  Management,  Business Administration, Leadership, Any other related fields

• Experience: 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.

Salary: as per the Bank’s scale
