Job Purpose

To develop and lead membership and strategies that enhance member value, engagement, communication, overall participation, and member services

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience for Master's and 7 years for Bachelor's Degree in member relations, public relations, stakeholder engagement and professional body management

• Quantity Required: 1

• Contract Type: Full-time for one year with possibility of extension based on the performance

• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• Salary: World Bank funded projects' pay scale

Duties and Responsibilities:

Membership Strategy and Engagement

• Develop and implement membership policies and frameworks.

• Develop and implement the comprehensive membership policy and long-term engagement framework.

• Design member value propositions, benefit programs, and outreach strategies to promote the institute's activities.

• Execute engagement and communication strategies to promote member participation

• Conduct assessment to identify the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) needs of the members.

• Design CPD trainings along with other relevant staffs

• Facilitate the provision of CPD trainings

Database & Systems

• Develop and implement membership database management.

• Analyze membership engagement for the annual statistical abstract.

Customer Service and Stakeholder Relations

• Ensure timely response to member queries and engage with professionals, employers, and partners.

• Manage high-level stakeholder relations with employers and professional organizations to advocate for members.

• Analyze member feedback and satisfaction data to continuously improve service delivery
