​Melan Electromechanical Solution PLC invites qualified, highly competent, and hands-on technical professionals to submit applications for urgent operational roles within our team.

*​If applying for Senior HVAC Technician: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive installations, maintenance, diagnostic evaluation, operational management, and emergency troubleshooting of complex, large-scale commercial and industrial environmental control systems.

*​If applying for Junior Electrician: 

We are seeking an energetic, agile, and dynamic candidate to support execution across diverse electrical installation, system maintenance, and infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

​For Senior HVAC Technician Applicants:

Education:

• Diploma, TVET Advanced Level, or equivalent certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or Electromechanical Engineering.

​Experience: 

• A minimum of five (5) years of direct, verifiable hands-on experience in industrial and facility-level HVAC operations.

​Technical Expertise:

• Advanced operational fluency with high-capacity Industrial Chillers, Fan Coil Units, and primary cooling plant infrastructure.

• Extensive practical expertise with Air Handling Units (AHUs) within industrial plants.

​For Junior Electrician Applicants:

​Education: 

• TVET Level 2/3/4 Diploma in Industrial Electricity, General Electrical Systems, or a closely aligned technical field.

​Experience: 

• A minimum of two (2) years of practical, hands-on field experience across varied general electrical works (low-voltage systems, distribution panels, wiring, and routine equipment servicing).

​Attributes: 

• High operational speed, adaptability, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively under senior technical supervision in fast-paced environments.
