Job Summary

Essential Function

• Coordinates the provide quality cafeteria service activates.

• Follows up the proper general service of undertaking & develop weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.

• Receives transport service requests; examine the appropriateness of the transport service request, fills out vehicle dispatch form, assigns the necessary vehicles and drivers

• Supervises and evaluates the performance of drivers & motorist

• Ensures the registration of all information regarding status of each vehicle such as passengers, type of goods to be transported, destination, departure; arrival time, Km’s at the beginning and at the end of the trip etc. on pre-established log forms;

• Ensure that the fuel consumption of all vehicles & motor cycles adheres to the standard procedural of the bank.

Job Requirement

• Education: BA/MBA/MA Purchasing and Supplies, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields

• Experience: 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position

Salary: as per the Bank’s scale

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
