General Mandatory Requirements

Valid professional practicing license in the relevant discipline.

All candidates shall possess practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and all other software applications relevant to their respective professions

Up-to-date knowledge of modern design methods, CCAS, Strong professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct, Ability to prepare drawings, specifications, reports and project documentation, Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills, Capacity to undertake assignments independently at office & project sites when required, Professional certifications in BIM, Project Management or Quality Management are advantageous.
