Job Purpose

To lead the programs design, curriculum & learning material 1. Key Duties and Responsibilities development, and quality assurance of ETICPA's education programs in alignment with international education standards, and the accreditation of training providers.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Education or with related field of study
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA) is an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience for Master's and 7 years for Bachelor's Degree in professional training or education and curriculum design

Quantity Required: 1

Contract Type: Full-time for one year with possibility of extension based on the performance

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Salary: World Bank funded projects' pay scale

Duties and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development

• Develop and review the professional qualification curriculum, syllabus, and learning materials in line with global standards.
• Develop and monitor Continuous Professional Development (CPD) strategies and evaluate their impact on member competence.
• Ensure alignment with international education standards.

Learning Program Management

• Oversee delivery of education and training programs.
• Support development of e-learning platforms and materials.
• Monitor training quality and effectiveness.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance

• Oversee the production and quality assurance of local learning modules and educational resources.
• Support accreditation of training providers.
• Ensure compliance with education standards.
• Analyze education outcomes and recommend improvements
