Job Summary: The Senior CBS Support  Officer is responsible for  Administer and support the Core Banking System (CBS) for high availability, configure products/processes, troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades and integrations, monitor performance, provide user training, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle implementations, migrations, and documentation.

Key Job & Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and maintain the bank's Core Banking System (CBS) to ensure high availability. 

• Configure CBS products, parameters, and business processes according to operational requirements. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while coordinating with vendors when necessary. 

• Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing activities with minimal business disruption. 

• Support integration between CBS and digital banking, payment, and third-party systems. 

• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements for stability and efficiency. 

• Provide technical support and training to end users and business departments. 

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies.

• Participate in system implementation, data migration, and disaster recovery activities. 

• Prepare technical documentation, change requests, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• Master’s /B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Information Science or Information Systems or Electrical and Computer Engineering or Information Technology and related fields.

• With 4/6 years of related work experience, of which 2 years as officer role in IT areas.

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience for Master’s degree holders and 6 years for Bachelor’s degree holders, including at least 2 years in an officer-level IT role.
