About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Auditor to oversee auditing activities across our retail outlets and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and support operational efficiency across both shops and factories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct audits for retail shops and factory operations

• Review financial records, inventory systems, and operational processes

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards

• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps across business units

• Monitor inventory management, stock movement, and cost controls

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management

• Recommend and follow up on corrective actions and improvements

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and warehouse teams

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of auditing experience (preferably in manufacturing or retail environments)

• Strong understanding of internal controls, inventory auditing, and cost accounting

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

• Experience auditing multi-branch businesses (shops, warehouses, factories)

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus, but not required

• Experience in fast-growing or complex operational environments
