2. Salary and Benefits
   Salary and benefits shall be determined in accordance with the Company's approved Salary Scale and Benefits Structure.

3. Educational Requirements
   Applicants must have graduated from a recognized and accredited university.

4. Academic Performance
   Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 and above.

5. Additional Requirement for Junior Positions
   Applicants applying for Junior Management Consultant, Junior Architect Officer, and Junior Quantity Surveyor positions must be graduates of the years 2024/25, or 2025/26 only.

6. Application Period

Job Requirements MSc/BSc Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering or related fields of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Graphic design works for different digital marketing platform - Design and develop architectural plans, elevations, and specifications for a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings - Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data for design. - Conducting on-site surveys to assess and estimate costs for completing construction projects, including items such as doors, kitchen cabinets, cupboards, and other finishing elements. - Utilize your graphic design skills to enhance project presentations and marketing materials. Required Skills: - Good graphics skills and experience in site management are preferred.
