Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and finance or with related field of study.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in accounting and finance.

Quantity Required: 1

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and Process Payments:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing of all payments, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other financial obligations.

Reconcile Bank Statements:

• Regularly review and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of records.

• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Handle accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate records of outstanding invoices.

Support Financial Oversight:

• Assist in the preparation and oversight of financial reports to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.

• Provide necessary documentation and reports for audits and internal financial reviews
