LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com) is a Recruitment & Outsourcing Company based in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem, Hawassa and Bahir Dar. We are looking to recruit Security Administration to join On Behalf of Our Client.

Position Summary: The security Administrator is responsible for , implementing, and maintaining the security administration systems across the mining site to protect people, assets, information, and operations. The role combines day-to-day security administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the security team, including, documentation management, and equipment tracking.
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to the Security Manager.
- Monitor daily security logs, generate incident reports, and escalate issues to risk Manager and project site superintendent
- Maintain security registers such as key inventories, incident logs, and access card databases.
- Maintain inventory of security equipment, stationery, uniforms, and supplies.
- Manage filing systems (physical and electronic) for security documentation.
- Ensure organised filing systems (digital and physical) for all security-related information.
- Close coordination with the Gimbi (later MLA) SCR, and TKGM Security Team
- Maintain and administer the access control system, including creating, modifying, and deactivating access cards or digital credentials
- Ensure all security access permits are fully activated upon effective date to permit onboarding
- Monitor compliance with entry/exit procedures

Qualifications & Experience
- BA, Diploma or certificate in security management, administration, or related field (advantageous)
- Five years full-time experience in a security operations centre, administrative role, Ethiopian National Defence, Ethiopian Federal Police, Oromia Regional Security Structures, NGO’s or corporate security environment.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, databases, reporting tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication with language proficiency in English, Afaan Oromo and Amharic.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information securely.
