Job Summary:

The position is responsible for members and stakeholders engagement, saving mobilization, promotion, members saving collection sheet preparation and saving follow up, and mobilization of strategic resources to support Interest Free Banking (IFB) system in the SACCO. S/he will also oversee overall functioning of the IFB using members’ relationship with the SACCO to ensure effective organizational performance in managing the Society. S/he will be responsible for mobilization of savings and member relations of Henosis  SACCO’s products and sourcing for new clients for the SACCO

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Cooperative Accounting, Cooperative Management, Marketing Management, Management, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or with related field of study.

• Experience:  2 year working experience one of which is directly related to SACCO sector.  

• Term of Employment: Permanent

• Salary: Negotiable

• Quantity Required : Two

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
