Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setting a targeted plan and ensuring achievement of forecasted/agreed sales volume and value objectives Ensures achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Developing, proposing and applying incentive schemes for direct and indirect sales staffs so as to motivate the team
- Responsible in organizing sales staff work schedules and its execution accordingly
