  • Preparing & enabling subordinates to provide analytical descriptions of consumer behavior patterns and market environments.

  • Analyzing research methods, research design, new product test marketing, consumer needs and preferences analysis, geographic analysis, and applications to specific products and markets.

  • Determining the demand for products and services offered by Link Net and its competitors and identifying potential customers.

  • Understand Ethiopia and Ethio telecom strategy and communicate with all stake holders and make decisions accordingly.

  • Developing pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company's profits or share of the market while ensuring customers satisfaction.

  • Promoting the company using effecting marketing techniques.

  • Following up bid announcements.

  • Coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.

  • Analyzing sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

  • Ensure that individuals/teams own the required skill sets so as to deliver services/products in an effective & efficient way.

  • Maintain good formal and informal relationship within teams and the company, in general.

  • Motivate, support and guide individuals/teams to create a good team spirit; to imprint & internalize company vision, mission, values, goals & objectives; and to achieve targeted goals.

  • Make regular, purposeful, and well-organized staff meetings and report accordingly.

  • Ensure individuals/teams are aware of their duties & responsibilities.

  • Supervising teams/team leaders performance as the per targets set forth.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA and 3 years of professional experience; BA in sales/Marketing Management or Business Administration and 6 years of proven related professional experience;

Skills:

  • Able to manage sales activities; strong negotiation skills; good knowledge of technology and business; fluency in English and Amharic

Personal Qualities:

  • Tactful and good interpersonal communication & written skills; good presentation skills; honed with integrity; very flexible, organized, energized, and creative; patient & fast learner
