We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise to support the sales of ERP solutions and participate in tender-based projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs, ensuring successful proposal development, tender participation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Understand client business requirements and propose suitable ERP and technology solutions 

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations 

  • Work closely with the technical team to design customized solutions 

  • Prepare solution architecture and technical documentation 

2. Tender Management

  • Identify and evaluate relevant tenders (government, NGOs, private sector) 

  • Lead or support the preparation of technical and commercial tender documents 

  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines 

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs for proposals 

3. Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in client meetings and negotiations 

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses 

  • Support contract discussions and closing deals 

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders 

4. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on ERP solutions, competitors, and industry trends 

  • Provide feedback to product and development teams 

  • Identify opportunities for new solutions or improvements 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, or Technical Sales

  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) 

  • Strong experience in tender preparation and submission 

  • Good understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
