Job Summary:

Kavod Commercial Real Estate PLC is seeking a high-impact Sales Director to lead and scale the commercial sales function across all active and pipeline developments. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial & Growth Officer (CCGO), the Sales Director will be the engine of Kavod's revenue generation, owning the full sales cycle from lead origination through lease execution, and building a results-driven sales team capable of delivering aggressive growth targets. This role requires a proven commercial leader with deep knowledge of real estate sales dynamics, a commanding grip on CRM-driven pipeline management, and the personal drive to thrive in a high-velocity, high-accountability environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline (required)

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or directorial sales leadership role

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate, commercial property, or related industries strongly preferred

  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams

  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

  • Professional certifications in Sales Management, Commercial Strategy, or Real Estate are an advantage
