• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Help customers choose gold jewelry based on their needs and preferences

• Explain product features, gold purity (e.g., 18K, 21K, 24K), pricing, and care instructions

• Handle sales transactions accurately (cash, card, or digital payments)

• Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of jewelry items

• Monitor inventory and report low stock or discrepancies

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Ensure security procedures are followed at all times
