Main Purpose

 Create professional and good relationship with customers, Develop suitable marketing strategy to maximize company sales volume work for the successful implementation of company sales and marketing strategy provide excellent customer service.

 Main Responsibility 

• Shall see through that the marketing strategies are being implemented.

• Shall monitor the sales of the company based on the company sales plan

• Shall perform analysis on the trends of market and also the sailing price of the company and competitors.

• Shall ensure the company’s market share is growing continuously.

• Shall be responsible for taking orders from customers using the appropriate form with proper customer service and distribute the production order on time for all concerned departments.

• Shall provide required information’s for all customers of the company and ensure customer satisfaction by the service being provided.

• Shall ass’s customer satisfaction after delivery of concrete.

• Shall facilitate the signing of contract agreement with customer

• Shall ensure that day to day activities based on the company manual and procedure and make sure that are followed

• Develop and update customer database timely and control the customer remaining balance

• Should  Properly follow up on time payment settlement for credit sales 

• Should prepare and submit plan and reports to Marketing manager based on the company submission period.

• Should prepare production order and distribute to all departments as required.

• Prepare Performa and submitted as required

• Provide the desired information’s for departments within the company

• Follow up payment and invoice related issues from finance and inform to the client

• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Commercial manager 

Job Requirements

• Minimum B.A. degree in Marketing  Management,  Business Management and/or  BSC in Civil engineering

• At least 8 plus years of relevant sales and marketing experience out of which 3 years on a senior level experience

• Good communication skill

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
