Naflet hotel is a top-notch world-class hotel originally located in Adama. Currently, Naflet Hotel has completed its preparation to inaugurate operation at Addis Ababa, Arada Park. The Hotel aspires to be internationally franchised chain hotel by building renowned brand through high level of service excellence.  

To attain this goal, the hotel is looking for talented and passionate managers to the following positions.

Salary: As per the hotel scale and attractive 

Job Summary: He/she is responsible for creating and overseeing the hotel's yearly business and marketing plans, maximize hotel revenue as well as managing digital marketing and the sales team. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Assign sales territory, target groups and sales quotas.  

• Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments.  

• Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports.  

• Manage human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, performance reviews for his department.  

• Research competitors' products/services and propose possible action steps to enable to stay competitive.  

• Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers 

• Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans.  

• Conduct internal marketing activities for employees including supporting training activities.  

• Organize & present guest feedback to all HODs on monthly basis.  

• Perform duties of Sales Managers as well.  

Job Requirements

Education:-

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Tourism and Hotel Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Status: 

• Having high managerial profile in the area  

Experience: - 

• At least 7/10 years in Sales & Marketing position, out of which more than 5 years in managerial positions. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferable  

Terms of employment:-  permanent
