Job Purpose

To generate sustainable revenue and business growth by identifying market opportunities, attracting new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing fleet utilization while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and monthly sales plans.

  • Identify and approach potential corporate, NGO, government, and individual clients.

  • Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.

  • Search and participate in transport tender opportunities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure contract renewals.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Promote services through social media, digital platforms, and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate with operations to confirm vehicle availability before closing deals.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

  • Monitor fleet utilization and recommend strategies to improve occupancy rate.

  • Maintain proper documentation in line with company and ISO requirements.

  • Reports to: Deputy Manager

Job Requirement & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or in related field field of study with relevant work experience.

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in car rental or transport sector is preferred).

  • ·Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.

  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
