We are looking for a highly results-driven, proactive, and influential Sales and Agent Management Officer to lead our sales force and optimize agent performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship builder, a clear communicator capable of motivating diverse teams, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment by staying two steps ahead of market trends and sales targets.

The Sales and Agent Management Officer is responsible for driving sales performance through retail stores and managing the company’s agent and distributor network for AK Vision products. The role focuses on agent onboarding, performance management, coordination with technical teams, market expansion, and ensuring consistent sales growth and brand representation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Drive sales of security cameras and related products through retail stores and agents

  • Support retail sales teams with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

  • Track sales targets, performance, and market trends

  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support

Agent & Distributor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage agent distributors in collaboration with the managing director

  • Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure alignment with company objectives

  • Monitor agent sales performance and provide ongoing support and feedback

Training & Capacity Building

  • Coordinate product and sales training for agents in collaboration with technical teams

  • Ensure agents are well-equipped with marketing materials and product information

  • Communicate product updates, promotions, and pricing changes to agents

Market Development & Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential agent partners

  • Gather market insight, customer feedback, and competitor insights

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare regular sales and agent performance reports

  • Record daily sales using ERP

  • Work with operations and logistics teams to ensure product availability

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, distribution, or agent management

  • Experience managing agents, distributors, or reseller networks

  • Strong understanding of retail sales operations

  • Strong practical knowledge of security camera systems, DVRs/NVRs, networking, and cabling

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail and ERP)

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
