• Assist customers in selecting hardware products and provide accurate product information.

• Manage sales transactions efficiently using Peachtree Accounting Software and other computer systems.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware items, pricing, and inventory.

• Ensure proper display and organization of products in the store.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain records accurately.
