Job Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Operation or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience

• Quantity Required: 2

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operation of the juice and salad bar, including setup, service, and breakdown.

• Prepare fresh salads, smoothie bowls, juices, and related products following standardized recipes and portion control.

• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines; monitor temperature and cleanliness of all stations.

• Train, onboard, and schedule bar staff and attendants; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

• Maintain product quality and presentation; rotate stock using FIFO method; monitor spoilage and waste.
