WHAT WE NEED TO HIRE?

  • Good Sales & Marketing Knowledge Background with Telecom,Telebirr & Technology.

  • We need a Supervisor who can supervise operations & teams.

  • A candidate with an Excellent Communicator, Competent, Self-Driven & Motivated team.

  • You should to have a relevant education BA & above in MARKETING MANAGEMENT or BUSINESS MANAGEMENT or in Customer Service with 3 /THREE/ years PROVEN & TANGIBLE Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Oversee & supervise overall telecom related operations of in your region.

  • You will make a close follow up with signed agents & merchants via phone calls, SMS, emails & via other appropriate social media platforms.

  • You should follow up the SIMcard/Customer/Agent/Merchant registration process on daily, weekly & monthly basis & will report the sales status to your line manager accordingly & timely.

  • You are Responsible for enabling sales performance to meet their daily, weekly & monthly targets.

  • You will process & facilitate sales allowance & commission payments with finance teams by confirming they meet the targets.

  • Manage & Follow up assigned sales teams.

  • Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration.

  • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.

  • Collaborate with top management & upper marketing/sales team for the attaining of corporate company goals & objectives.

  • Maximize company profits in your supervised areas.

  • You may travel to different agent locations & ethio telecom offices for agent/customer registration & activation purpose.

  • You will follow up & report team’s attendance issues to HR Office immediately.

  • Will take minor employee attendance & disciplinary actions & will report & escalate for major disciplinary issues.

  • And will perform other tasks assigned by your Line manager or GM or by other Top Management team.

KEY SKILLS & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

  • Sales Knowledge: – selling services of the company at maximum effort.

  • Willingness to Travel: – As a Telebirr Supervisor, you may travel within the different areas within your assigned zones/office in Addis Ababa to follow up & support. Also you will give technical support for agents & will resolve problems. So, you should be ready & committed to travel extensively to meet the given Marketing & Sales targets.

  • Basic Understanding of Technology: – Successful Telebirr Supervisors should know how to use computers and other devices to create presentations, send emails, and stay in contact with others.

  • Communication Skills: – superb verbal and written communication skills & Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills are needed to successfully complete sales.

  • Goal-Oriented: – Marketing & Sales Lead are required to meet high level & corporate Marketing & Sales goals.

  • Outstanding analytic skills.

    Strong math skills to crunch numbers and keep track of your region's profit.

  • Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed.

  • Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time.

  • Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress.

  • Strong knowledge of company policy, goals and standards.

  • Organizational skills to manage large amounts of information.

  • Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance.

  • Strong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with care.

  • An excellent leadership & supervisory skill.
