Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, marketing Hotel Management and other related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a reception or front desk role, preferably in a fitness, spa, or hospitality.

Working Hours: Shift based on(6:00 am - 2:00 pm and 1:00pm-9:00pm),Weekend and holiday shifts possible.
Location: Jackros area, applicants must reside in or around Bole Sub-City, Woreda 7(Jackros area), or in a location that is close and easily accessible to the workplace.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly.
Answer calls and provide accurate information.
Handle customer complaints or refer them promptly to management.
Maintain a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times.
Maintain client registration records and update membership databases.
Schedule appointments for spa services, fitness sessions, and personal training.
Track attendance and membership renewals.
Process payments and daily cash reconciliation.
Process membership payments, renewals, and product sales.
Manage the cash register, receipts, and daily financial reconciliation.
Ensure accurate handling of all financial transactions according to company policy.
Skill :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy(MS Word, Excel, and other membership management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Coordinate with staff for smooth operations.
Monitor reception cleanliness and stock promotional material.
Assist with marketing and customer feedback.
