Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification Required: BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related field of study.

• Work Experience: After graduation 8 years of relevant work experience as a quantity Surveyor in similar and /or equivalent high rise building Construction project

Other skills

I. Proven interpersonal communication,

II. Fluency in English both spoken & written,

III. Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply.

Iv. Proficient in micro soft office & general computer soft ware, Auto CAD ,and related engineering Software.

V. In- depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.

VI. Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, preparation of specifications for high – rise
buildings, quantity surveying principles, and bid document preparation.
