Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Degree in Construction Technology Management, Advanced Diploma, or Vocational/Technical School qualification in a related construction field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience for degree holders or 6 years for diploma/vocational-level holders. Experience working in construction companies is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in construction site operations, project coordination, building works, construction supervision, technical documentation, quality control, and construction procedures is essential. Strong practical skills, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of construction standards are highly desirable.
