The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all fiberwood products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood manufacturing and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our production processes adhere to industry regulations and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of fiberwood products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines specific to fiberwood manufacturing.
• Monitor production processes and perform regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Controller in the fiberwood manufacturing sector or related fields.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools relevant to wood products.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing fiberwood manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
