Project Quantity Surveyor Manager Projects lead cost management and commercial oversight for major road infrastructure projects. As part of our consulting practice, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring financial efficiency, contractual compliance, and strategic value throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing consulting skills.

• Lead cost planning, estimation, and budget management for road construction projects.

• Oversee preparation of tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.

• Advise clients on procurement strategies, contract structures, and risk management.

• Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate financial and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal frameworks, and client requirements.

• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.

• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and project managers to optimize delivery.

• Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and project staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in road infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and contracts.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead consulting assignments.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in cost management and project control tools.

• Strong leadership and client management capabilities.
