Job Purpose:- To provide administrative and engineering support to project managers and engineers.ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, and specifications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports,
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that project materials and equipment are delivered on time and within budget,
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues,
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and stakeholders,
Provide technical support to project managers and engineers,
Initiate, prepare, review, track, post and distribute RFI’s and change orders,
Process material’s acceptance letters,
Maintain organized and detailed construction files, project records and logs,
Oversee and review daily field inspector reports,
Track, document and manage project issues and conditions,
Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes,
Prepare monthly project status reports,
Assist Project Manager with payment requisition review,
Assist in project close-out activities including the resolution of potential claims,
Track and process all contract payments,
Prepare and reconcile cost plus records,
Review, analyze and make recommendations for contractor claims,
Establish and maintain shop drawings, working drawings and submittals,
Review and monitor contractor payroll and insurance documentation,
Prepare final documents.
Ensuring project documentation is processed in timely manner and is retrievable,
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification and Skills
Education
BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or related field of studies
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Management within the construction industry
