The successful candidate will serve as the primary site leader, ensuring smooth day-to-day construction execution while acting as a strategic bridge between the project site and the head office. The role requires strong leadership over multidisciplinary site teams and the ability to maintain quality, schedule, cost control, and coordination at all levels.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or with related field of study.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in building construction projects
At least 4 years in a senior project leadership or project management role
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary site teams on active construction projects

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall site execution to ensure works progress according to approved schedules, specifications, and project targets
Directly supervise and coordinate site engineers, quantity surveyors, store management, procurement personnel, and other project support teams
Monitor project schedules, daily progress, and resource utilization to maintain delivery targets
Ensure strict quality control and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce accountability across all site activities
Coordinate procurement requirements and material delivery to avoid delays in execution
Review and monitor cost implications, variations, and resource efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal office teams
Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management
Identify project risks proactively and implement corrective actions without delay
Ensure all technical, operational, and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and professionally
