Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a related position. Experience in building or road construction projects is required. Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering works, construction supervision, project management, site coordination, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), contract administration, technical documentation, and compliance with engineering standards is essential. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
