AZ’s new factory will soon start its steel tubes and profiles manufacturing and also AZ is scaling up its on-going export business. Job Requirements

Education

• A minimum of BA/BScdegree in industrial/mechanical/metal engineering/management

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience, of which at least 3 years is in a production/operations manager position in the steel manufacturing business

Additional Knowledge & skills

• Performance management, time management, user-level computer skills

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metal Engineering, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a Production Manager or Operations Manager position within the steel manufacturing industry, is required. Demonstrated expertise in production planning, manufacturing operations, process optimization, quality assurance, plant management, resource planning, safety compliance, maintenance coordination, and team leadership is essential.
