Job Description:

Tona Coffee is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee and manage coffee production operations. The role ensures efficient production processes, quality control and smooth coordination of the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities

• Ensure production targets are met on time and with high quality

• Monitor product quality and implement quality control standards

• Manage and coordinate production staff

• Improve production efficiency and reduce operational waste

• Prepare and submit production reports

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in production management or related field is required/advantage

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Based in Addis Ababa

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Management, or related field (preferred)

Minimum Experience:

3–5 years of experience in production management, preferably in food or coffee production industry
