Job Summary

Baz-Kam Agro Industry PLC is seeking a qualified, experienced, and results-oriented Production
Manager to lead and oversee our dairy production operations. The successful candidate will be
responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to ensure product quality, food safety, efficiency, and timely delivery. Production Managers typically oversee manufacturing operations, production schedules, quality standards, productivity, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production activities.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor production efficiency, product yield, and process performance.

• Lead and supervise production staff.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments.

• Prepare production reports and KPIs.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant Diary Processing experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of dairy processing, GMP, HACCP, and food safety management systems.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Add applying system
