This program combines theoretical learning, hands-on technical training, and real field exposure to prepare you for impactful careers in service operations and product support sales.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical, Automotive Engineering or with related field of study

• Graduated in 2022 to 2025 from recognized university.

Experience

• 1–2 years the areas of service or parts sales

Quantity Required: 6

Duration:

• 6 Months (980 Hours) 

• 350 Hours – Theoretical & Hands-on Training 

• 630 Hours – On-the-Job Training  

Expected Start Date: July 1,  2026

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and support technical product solutions to customers 

• Provide technical consultation during sales processes 

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions 

• Support spare parts and service sales growth in partnership with the service team 

• Strengthen customer relationships through technical expertise

Upon successful completion of the program: trainees will undergo final evaluation and one year contractual employment as Graduate Trainee as per company policy for the training period.
